Member Accounts

For those that are not sure if they are already set up as a member on our site -
During the registration process, once you get to the prompt for your email & password, enter it where indicated.  If you are not sure if you have an account or know you need to set one up - then only enter your email address and your password will be emailed to you.  Once you have completed that, go back to the website and set up your account (for new members).  Do so by going to the Members - Login tab.  For those that are already members, you can edit your account settings if you wish.

Once you have entered yourself as a parent in the Member Account area, then add your child(ren).  Please note that you can add both parents and each child in your immediate family into your member account.  Make sure you set up each child as a "player" and each parent as a "parent" under member type.

You can have more than one email address for BYAA communications (just use a comma to separate them in your member account record). Please make sure you put their (the child/player's) date of birth in their member record.  Note – we may, for certain sports, need to obtain a copy of your child’s birth certificate. If that is the case, we will be in touch with you.

Also, please know that in the Member setup/edit area, there are blue ?'s - these are for "help" with each field.  If you click on a blue ? next to a box/area - you'll see some information/description for that field pop up to explain/help you.

For Coaches: To have your phone number(s) displayed on team-contact rosters you must select “public” after each phone number. If there is a number that you do not want to show as public (on the roster) then select “private”.

Please remember to check the boxes pertaining to email (and text message) notifications for practices & games...if you want reminders of those.  To get "text" messages, you "must" select your cell phone provider from the drop-down list next to your cell number.  Some members have already been using these features and the response is very positive and that it's very helpful to them!

With only a few exceptions, all registrations will be by invitation only and will be emailed out to only those individuals that will be on a team (i.e. those that tried out and made a team). A ‘link’ will be included in the email to those players selected for that team so their parents can register them on the site for that team and to pay online as well for their registration fees.

 

Please Note: All registrations from here on out include all of our forms/agreements and there will be no longer be a need to complete these forms by hand.

Parents – register your “child” for the team he/she has been invited to register for.  Moms/Dads:  Do NOT register yourself for the team, but you WILL need to first complete the Member setup - see steps above to do this (if you previously were not already set up as a member of our website) - then add your child(ren) after you are set up in our member database.  Parents, if you have been selected as a coach for a BYAA team, you can select in your member setup (towards the bottom of your information, which team you are affiliated with and your "role" - i.e. "coach", "asst coach", etc).   If you have a child that is not yet set up under you as a member, you can add them during the registration process.
