BYAA BASKETBALL                 

Competitive basketball team tryouts are conducted every year for boys and girls in the 5th/6th, 7th and 8th grades.   The purpose of this organized team play is to provide a competitive outlet for athletic boys and girls who want to play for their Middle and High School teams.  Boys and girls will be challenged to improve their skills and understanding of offensive and defensive strategies which will give them a head start for the competition that they will encounter in their school tryhouts.    Costs per player can range in the $225 to $300 range depending on the leagues entered each season.  Watch this website for information on tryouts.  Teams play in Gold Crown competition as well as leagues in northern Colorado.
